Delivery of your products can take 3-10 business days, depending on your location and designated shipping method. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An estimate of when a product is expected to leave the warehouse is indicated on the Product Detail page.

BACKORDERED ITEMS/ITEMS NOT IN STOCK
We try to keep all items in stock; however, on occasion an item may be temporarily out of stock. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock/on backorder, you will be contacted immediately by email and notified of the estimated date of shipment.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
All orders are shipped via FedEx Express, USPS Priority Mail, USPS 1st Class mail, or UPS Ground depending on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the stock availability. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of in-stock items.
Please note that FedEx are unable to ship to a PO Box address. APO/FPO/AFO orders are OK.
Store cutoff time is 12 PM PST. Orders placed after 12 PM are processed on the next business day.
